What do I need to get started?
You'll need access to your Google Business Profile, social media pages (normally company pages, but we can also integrate personal pages if you wish, for example on-site golf Pro Facebook account, etc.), a credit card for billing and your company details for your account.

How often should we expect reviews?
We will automatically ask three times for a review from every mobile phone number you load into the system. This might be done by connecting your booking or payment system, or we can devise a custom solution for you.
What if we already have a big database of members?
That's excellent news! Database Reactivation involves contacting your existing members and asking for reviews. This often yields anywhere between 10% and 30%, so from 1,000 members, you can expect anywhere between 100 and 300 more reviews, just by asking again!
How do we actually request the reviews?
Part of your onboarding involves setting up an SMS / Text Message phone number for your business. GDPR compliant and anti-spam regulated, if they reply "STOP" they are left alone.
Most people respond after the second reminder with a 5-star review.
